You are recommended to make all your accommodation reservations and other arrangements related to your visit to Abu Dhabi through our appointed partner, MCI Middle East. MCI is the exclusive and official partner for WCN 2020 for all local arrangements. All bookings can be made by email: WCN2020Abudhabi@mci-group.com
Special rates are available for WCN participants with hotels directly at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) as well as within walking distance of the ADNEC. To match every budget, we have selected a number of well-located hotels within a 5km radius of the Exhibition Center.

All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) and include breakfast, wi-fi connection, government mandated fees.

Hotel booking terms and conditions:
- The rates offered by the hotels listed below are only available to WCN 2020 delegates or participants. Please note that changes to your reservation are not permitted and any pre-payment made for room reservation is not-refundable
- Rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis
- To guarantee a hotel reservation, pre-payment by credit card is required to cover your entire stay
- Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is at 12:00. To guarantee rooms for early check-in, rooms need to be booked one night prior to arrival. For late check-out after 12:00, there will be a charge corresponding to 50% of the room rate until 17:00
- The room rates mentioned include daily buffet breakfast, internet connection, applicable municipality fees and taxes
- All room incidents/extra charges will be charged to the participant and must be settled directly with the hotel. A credit card guarantee will be required by the hotel upon check-in for these incidents/extra charges.
